The 3-Day Worry-Free Exchange is simple: if you buy or lease a new Hyundai and decide it is not the right fit, you can return it and exchange it for a different new Hyundai within three days. There is no hard sell. There is no hassle. You just bring the vehicle back, work with our team, and choose something that works better for you. 

This program is part of Hyundai Shopper Assurance, a national program built around giving buyers more confidence and control throughout the car-buying process. Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale is a participating dealer.

How the Exchange Process Works

p>Consult your sales or finance staff about whether your purchase is covered.  Assuming you are buying a new model, the exchange process is straightforward:

1. Return your vehicle to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale — the same dealership where you purchased or leased it.

2. Work with our sales team to browse current new Hyundai inventoryand choose a vehicle that fits you better.

3. Complete the exchange paperwork and drive away in your new vehicle.

The three-day window begins on your purchase or lease date.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 3-Day Worry-Free Exchange, your vehicle and situation must meet the following conditions:

• The vehicle is returned within 3 days of your purchase or lease date.

• The vehicle is in like-new condition, with no accidents, modifications, dents, scratches, or stains, as determined by the dealer.

• Fewer than 300 miles have been driven since your purchase or lease date.

• The vehicle is free from any outside lien.
